Full Time - 36 hours per week, 8.30am - 16.30pm Monday to Thursday, finishing at 16.15pm on Friday. Part-time and hybrid working available in some roles.

About the Role

Operating in medium and high-risk sectors, we provide a range of products and services into diverse industries. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting a positive health and safety culture across our operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, policies and procedures. You will support employees across the company by providing strong leadership and utilising best practices to foster a positive safety culture. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable HSE experience in manufacturing, engineering, facilities or similar industries, with confident knowledge of UK HSE legislation. You will be skilled in designing and driving HSE campaigns and working with senior leaders to address health, safety and environmental matters throughout the organisation. This role may require occasional travel within the UK.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in health, safety and environmental roles within manufacturing, engineering, facilities or similar industries. Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and practical application. Experience designing and implementing HSE campaigns and working with senior leadership to influence organisational safety culture.

About You
Proactive and confident with excellent leadership and communication skills. Able to promote a positive health and safety culture across diverse teams. Committed to continuous improvement and best practice in HSE management. Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment are desirable. Demonstrable commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
