About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our team at the Blackpool site. In this key role, you will lead the delivery of our HSE strategy, ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with operational teams and central functions, you will embed a proactive safety culture where best practice is second nature and safety is always front of mind. You will manage systems and procedures that support a safe working environment for colleagues, contractors, and visitors. Additionally, you will play a central role in incident investigation, risk assessments, training, and reporting, while building strong relationships across the site to support practical and effective solutions.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HSE leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong working knowledge of current HSE legislation and best practice
- Experience managing people, systems, and compliance processes

- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business
- Confidence in delivering training and driving cultural change
- Clear, practical communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) as a minimum
