Hours
Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends in line with match days. Flexibility required to work some weekends, particularly on matchdays or on a 5 over 7 rota. Occasional home working may be considered for the right candidate.

About the Role
Sodexo Live! is seeking a dedicated and solution-focused HSEQ Senior Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Fulham Pier, a vibrant multi-outlet hospitality and restaurant destination on the banks of the Thames. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in health, safety, environmental, and food safety compliance across the venue. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team at Fulham Pier and working closely with Sodexo Live!'s wider support network, you will embed best practices, guide operational teams, and sustain a safe and compliant working environment that supports exceptional service delivery.
You will lead key safety priorities including training delivery, accident and near-miss reporting, root cause analysis, food incident investigations, and internal audits. You will develop and maintain systems that manage risk in line with legal, contractual, and Sodexo Live! standards. Providing guidance, support, and clear leadership, you will help bring national safety initiatives to life at Fulham Pier and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires a proactive and practical professional with a strong background in health, safety, and food safety within fast-paced, service-led environments. You will have excellent knowledge of legislation and best practice, with the confidence to advise and influence at all levels. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Fulham Pier.
Experience
- Demonstrable working knowledge of QHSE practices and Food Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation
- Experience in complex, multifaceted food operations including fine dining
- Experience of compliance and audit management systems
- Experience in accident investigation
- Ability to carry out data analysis with sharp attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Full UK driving licence

Qualifications
- Essential: NEBOSH General Certificate or working towards
- Desirable: Level 4 in Food Safety and/or Level 4 HACCP
- Desirable: Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner (CEnvH) or degree in Food Safety or similar
