As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects by leading the commercial aspects and ensuring their seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include managing the project’s commercial team, taking accountability for all pre- and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting.
You will collaborate with clients and industry experts to deliver added value, ensure compliance, uphold best practices, and drive commercial viability. Key deliverables include overseeing procurement strategies, sub-contract orders, supply chain management, handling measurements, valuations, contractual notices, and change valuations. You will also complete and submit monthly cost reports, progress updates, and tender strategies.
Maintaining positive project cash flow through upstream/downstream valuations and delivering accurate final accounts for main and sub-contracts will be essential to your role.

Experience
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to high-profile and technically complex projects. Demonstrated ability to lead commercial teams and manage all pre- and post-contract commercial functions.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications in quantity surveying or construction management are desirable. Membership of a professional body such as RICS is advantageous.
