About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Retrofit Strategy Manager with extensive experience in retrofit coordination or programme delivery, and a deep understanding of quality standards in large-scale domestic retrofit. In this strategic role, you will act as a subject matter expert supporting major retrofit bids, projects, and consultancy assignments. You will lead the design and optimisation of scalable retrofit delivery models and commercial service propositions that align with Energy Saving Trust’s net zero objectives.
You will develop internal toolkits, frameworks, and processes to ensure high-quality, consistent retrofit delivery across the UK. Building and managing partnerships with delivery agents, funders, supply chain partners, and industry stakeholders will be key to accelerating progress towards net zero. You will also represent Energy Saving Trust externally, providing thought leadership on retrofit strategy at events and industry meetings.
Joining the Business and Market Development team, you will contribute to shaping new opportunities and partnerships that accelerate the UK’s journey to net zero. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, commercial insight, and partnership building to deliver impact at scale.
