About the Role
Honeywell is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant within Energy & Sustainability to join our team in the London area. In this role, you will proactively identify, develop, and manage a disciplined sales process from lead generation through to purchase order. You will establish and nurture strategic commercial relationships with key customers by anticipating their sustainability needs and ensuring the delivery of compliant, value-driven propositions throughout the sales and execution phases. The role demands strong, profitable top-line growth through new customer acquisition and opportunity development. Honeywell Building Automation is transforming building operations to improve safety, security, energy efficiency, and operational performance, creating better building experiences. You will leverage your ESCO market expertise, business development skills, and technical knowledge to deliver top-tier Energy Efficiency and Sustainability solutions. This role requires building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, and acting as a trusted advisor in a dynamic, matrixed corporate environment. You will facilitate discussions translating sustainability visions into viable business cases and financial requirements, collaborating with internal teams and external market facilitators to produce high-quality proposals. A structured approach using a robust Management Operating System (MOS) is essential to meet sales forecasting and reporting requirements aligned with overall business strategy.
Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in consultative selling within ESCO markets, with a proven track record in selling Zero/Low-carbon solutions, Energy Efficiency, and Renewable Energy Solutions. Strong understanding of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and financing schemes is essential. Established network with key industrial and manufacturing accounts across Europe, focusing on energy efficiency and decarbonization targets.

Intellectual curiosity, excellent presentation skills, solid business and financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset characterised by perseverance.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in energy, sustainability, or sales are advantageous but not explicitly required. Demonstrated expertise and experience in the field are critical.
