About the Role

Join Ramboll's Sustainable Solutions team as a Senior Sustainability Consultant and work on sustainability projects across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with experts in certifications, whole life carbon, circular economy, indoor environmental quality, and decarbonisation. You will thrive in a supportive team environment, working on prestigious projects with ambitious clients and project teams.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering embodied carbon calculations, BREEAM and GLA compliant Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) at various project stages, developing circular economy statements and strategies, creating decarbonisation strategies for buildings, and leading sustainable certification projects such as BREEAM, HQM, DREAM, WELL, Fitwel, and LEED. You will also host workshops and presentations, analyse project data, contribute to internal tool development and research, prepare technical reports, support junior team members’ growth, and manage project budgets, timeframes, and deliverables to ensure high quality and profitability.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience delivering sustainability projects within the Buildings sector.
- Proven track record working on projects throughout design and construction phases.
- Experience delivering projects related to sustainability certifications, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), circular economy, and decarbonisation.
- Experience in report writing and communicating technical knowledge to diverse audiences.

Qualifications
- Relevant degree in a related field.
- Qualified assessor status or equivalent experience in sustainability assessments.
