In this role, you will work on sustainability projects across various sectors within the UK and Europe. You will be part of a team of experts specializing in certifications, whole life carbon, circular economy, indoor environmental quality, and decarbonisation. You will thrive in a supportive environment, working on prestigious projects with ambitious clients and project teams.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering embodied carbon calculations, BREEAM and GLA compliant Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) at different project stages, developing circular economy statements and strategies, creating decarbonisation strategies for buildings, and leading sustainable certification projects such as BREEAM, HQM, DREAM, WELL, Fitwel, and LEED. You will also host workshops and presentations, analyse project data, contribute to internal tool development and research, prepare technical reports, support junior team members' development, and manage project budgets, timeframes, and deliverables to ensure high-quality and profitable work.

Requirements

Experience
A minimum of 2 years' experience delivering sustainability projects within the Buildings sector, including design and construction phases. Proven track record in delivering projects related to certifications, Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), circular economy, and decarbonisation.

About you
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead project meetings, liaise with clients, and convey complex technical knowledge to diverse audiences. Strong report writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, project finances, and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A keen interest in sharing knowledge to support Ramboll's strategy of being 'The Partner for Sustainable Change'.

Qualifications
A relevant degree in a related field. Qualified assessor status with experience in sustainable building assessments and certifications.
