About the Role
Are you a proven sustainability consultant eager to join an innovative team of sustainability professionals? Join Ramboll's Sustainable Solutions team as a Senior Sustainability Consultant and contribute to closing the gap to a sustainable future. You will work on sustainability projects across the UK and Europe, collaborating with experts in certifications, whole life carbon, circular economy, indoor environmental quality, and decarbonisation. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects with ambitious clients and project teams, delivering sustainable solutions throughout all stages of building design and construction.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering embodied carbon calculations, BREEAM and GLA compliant Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), circular economy statements and strategies, and decarbonisation strategies. You will lead sustainable certification projects such as BREEAM, HQM, DREAM, WELL, Fitwel, and LEED. Additionally, you will host workshops and presentations, analyse project data, contribute to internal tool development and research, prepare technical reports, support junior team members' development, and manage project budgets, timeframes, and deliverables to ensure high quality and profitability.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years' experience delivering sustainability projects within the buildings sector, including design and construction phases.
Proven track record in delivering projects related to certifications, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), circular economy, and decarbonisation.
Experience working on sustainability projects across the UK and Europe.
About You
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead project meetings, liaise with clients, and convey complex technical knowledge to diverse audiences.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, project finances, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A keen interest in sharing knowledge and supporting the wider business to advance Ramboll's strategy as 'The Partner for Sustainable Change'.
Qualifications
A relevant degree in a related field.
Qualified assessor with experience contributing to and delivering sustainable solutions on building projects.
