Define and review annual SHEQ and sustainability objectives in line with country strategy.
Quality Management System Oversight: Implement and maintain ISO 9001-compliant processes. Support teams in rolling out procedures and ensuring efficiency. Organise and participate in internal and external audits, managing corrective actions. Address customer claims to ensure satisfaction.
Driving Operational Efficiency: Monitor KPIs such as pallet quality, incident rates, and on-time delivery, and implement improvement actions. Support supplier, manufacturer, and customer audits. Assess product quality to meet LPR and customer requirements.
Health, Safety & Environmental Monitoring: Plan and oversee SHEQ risk analysis for office and depot locations. Ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed by employees and service providers. Oversee training to maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental rules.
Compliance & Certifications: Maintain group and local certifications including PEFC, ISPM 15, Ecovadis, and ISO 9001. Ensure readiness for external audits and train teams on compliance requirements.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability: Develop and implement local CSR and sustainability action plans aligned with European priorities. Support and monitor sustainability initiatives including carbon reduction and circular economy efforts. Participate in CSR-related audits and deliver sustainability-focused training to employees. Manage the budget dedicated to actions for reducing LPR UK's carbon footprint. Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics including environmental impact reduction and resource efficiency. Consolidate overall progress on carbon reduction versus targets for LPR UK. Report to the LPR Division on local actions. Support operational and management teams in understanding sustainability concepts and implementing CSR actions. Roll out training actions to raise awareness of sustainability topics for all LPR employees, such as Climate Fresk workshops and internal team sessions.
