About the Role
Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, producing lightweight foams for markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive, and healthcare. As Site HSE Manager, you will be the driving force behind a culture where health, safety, and environment are core values that shape daily work practices. You will lead by example, inspiring employees at all levels—from shop floor to senior management—to engage with OHSE as a shared responsibility. Partnering closely with the Site Director, you will set a clear OHSE vision and embed accountability throughout the business. Your leadership will energise the OHSE team to provide practical support, coaching, and challenge, while building trust and engagement across the workforce. You will champion continuous improvement, embedding OHSE into daily operations and encouraging innovation to keep people safe and protect the environment. Maintaining and enhancing the OHSE Management System, you will ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all legislative requirements. You will facilitate training, workshops, and focus groups to foster personal responsibility and cultural progress. Leading investigations into incidents and near misses, you will ensure outcomes promote learning and improvement.

Experience
- Proven track record of leading OHSE in a complex manufacturing environment
- Experience in driving cultural change and embedding OHSE values across organisations

Qualifications
- Recognised HSE Diploma (NEBOSH or equivalent) required
- IEMA certification desirable
- Up-to-date knowledge of OHSE legislation, ISO standards, and best practice
