About the Role
Join Thames Reach as a Support Worker at Snow Hill Court, an Assessment Centre providing fast-paced, short stay services for people referred from the streets. You will conduct rapid risk and accommodation assessments, liaise with external agencies and councils to ensure clients receive comprehensive wrap-around support, and help increase move-on and throughput in the centre. The service operates 24 hours to ensure quick turnaround, supporting clients to move off the streets into stable accommodation. You will maintain a safe, healthy environment that reflects our ethos and supports client goals, while fostering a culture of high performance and continual improvement for yourself and the team.

We work directly with homeless people on the streets and in hostels, prevent homelessness, and support formerly homeless people to rebuild their lives through work, training, and volunteering opportunities. Qualifications
There are no specific qualifications required for this role, but a commitment to safeguarding and willingness to undergo pre-employment screening, including Disclosure and Barring Service checks, is essential. Having a criminal record will not automatically exclude you from consideration.
