This role is based within the Responsible Business team in Corporate Affairs and offers an exciting opportunity to shape how GSK communicates its sustainability and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) initiatives. You will lead impactful communication strategies that highlight GSK's commitment to sustainability and tackling AMR, engaging both internal and external audiences.
Key responsibilities include delivering communication plans that showcase GSK's sustainability and AMR efforts, creating engaging content for multiple channels ensuring clarity, accessibility, and inclusivity, and partnering with sustainability and AMR teams to translate complex topics into relatable messages. You will also manage events, campaigns, and initiatives that amplify GSK's leadership in these areas, monitor and measure communication impact, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with key external partners to align messaging and priorities.
Experience
Proven experience in corporate communications, ideally with an interest in sustainability and/or public health. Experience managing communication campaigns and events is essential.

Passionate about driving change and skilled in storytelling, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and work collaboratively across teams to build strong relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Communications, Sustainability, or a related field. Knowledge of sustainability and AMR challenges and solutions, experience working in the healthcare sector or a global matrixed organisation, proficiency in digital communication tools, and a data-driven mindset with experience measuring communication impact are advantageous.
