About the Role
Join Sky, Europe's leading media and entertainment brand, with 24 million customers across 6 countries. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Human Rights & Sustainability Manager to drive meaningful change across our supply chains in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This fixed-term contract covers maternity leave and offers a high-impact opportunity to influence people and planet positively.

In this role, you will lead human rights assessments and due diligence across diverse industries and geographies. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to elevate human rights, health & safety, and sustainability standards. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing whistleblowing channels in key EMEA territories, project managing the integration of enhanced due diligence and best practices into core business processes, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You will design and deliver impactful training for colleagues and suppliers, stay ahead of global sustainability standards and legislation, provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, and represent Sky in trade associations and multistakeholder forums. Additionally, you will support the development and maintenance of the Human Rights Risk Register & Scorecard and help implement monitoring tools and IT solutions to track progress and compliance.

At Sky, we believe business can be a force for good. Our team helps everyone across the Sky Group improve customer experience, lead transformation programmes, manage the product supply chain, and ensure safety across Europe every day.

The Rewards

We offer a hybrid working approach, combining collaboration in our unique office spaces with the convenience of working from home. Our Osterley Campus is easily accessible by train, shuttle bus, bike, and car, with excellent onsite facilities including subsidised restaurants, cafes, a gym, cinema, car wash, and beauty salon.

Inclusion
