About the Role

In this role, you will work on sustainability projects across various sectors within the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with experts in certifications, whole life carbon, circular economy, indoor environmental quality, and decarbonisation. You will thrive in a supportive team environment, working on prestigious projects with ambitious clients and project teams.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering embodied carbon calculations, BREEAM and GLA compliant Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) at different project stages, developing circular economy statements and strategies, creating decarbonisation strategies for buildings, and leading sustainable certification projects such as BREEAM, HQM, DREAM, WELL, Fitwel, and LEED. You will also host workshops and presentations, analyse project data, contribute to internal tool development and research, prepare technical reports, support junior team members' development, and manage project budgets, timeframes, and deliverables to ensure high quality and profitable work.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience delivering sustainability projects within the Buildings sector.
- Proven track record working on projects throughout design and construction phases.
- Experience delivering projects related to certifications, Life Cycle Assessments, circular economy, and decarbonisation.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, liaise with clients, and convey complex technical knowledge to diverse audiences.
- Strong report writing skills for both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, project finances, and meet deadlines.
