About the Role
Join Williams Racing, a team with nearly 50 years of motorsport excellence and 16 World Championships, as a Sustainability Graduate. You will be part of the Operations Office, supporting the programme management, manufacture, and delivery of Formula 1 cars. Working closely with the Sustainability Business Partner, you will help plan, implement, and monitor sustainability initiatives that align with FIA regulations and the wider business strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, logistics, and programme management while contributing to reducing the environmental impact of the team’s operations.
As part of a high-performance, collaborative team, you will support sustainability projects, prepare reports and documentation for key stakeholders, and help drive transparency and continuous improvement. You will gain exposure to real motorsport operations and develop skills in business systems, data analysis tools like Power BI, and stakeholder communication. This role is a launchpad to build your career in sustainability within a world-class motorsport environment.
