About the Role
We're looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our Property team. In this role, you'll provide subject matter expertise on sustainability across our property team and portfolio. You will lead the development and delivery of sustainability projects, including prioritising your own projects and preparing and delivering plans. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing subject matter expertise on sustainability strategy, plans and operations across the business
- Advising on waste, circular economy and biodiversity
- Supporting the delivery of the Property climate mitigation and adaptation agenda
- Providing technical advice on sustainability standards and specifications
- Supporting the development and delivery of our Property Sustainability Strategy
- Building positive relationships with internal partners, engaging with technical experts and translating information into clear and accessible language
- Leading working groups and collaborating with colleagues and supply chains across multiple teams
Experience
- Previous relevant sustainability experience, including proven success in delivering sustainability action
- Experience in biodiversity net gain, climate resilience, the waste hierarchy and circular economy principles
- Experience in change management with the ability to manage complex initiatives

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships across teams and supply chains
