About the Role
LDN Apprenticeships, rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted and experts in apprenticeship delivery since 2010, are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship programmes. This role offers the opportunity to genuinely change people's lives by managing and quality assuring the delivery of these programmes to the highest standards. You will inspire and support Skills Coaches, ensuring they deliver effective training and assessment while meeting all regulatory and internal quality assurance requirements. You will work closely with the Head of Portfolio to plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum and learning experience, support learners at risk, and manage relationships with End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs). This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for helping apprentices succeed in their careers and become responsible citizens. Experience
- Knowledge of apprenticeship-related regulations, standards, and internal quality assurance (IQA) processes
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery and understanding of the Skills Coach/Tutor role
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong background in managing high-quality learning programmes

Qualifications
