About the Role
LDN Apprenticeships, rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted and experts in delivering apprenticeship programmes across the UK, are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship programmes. This role offers the opportunity to genuinely change people's lives by ensuring high-quality training and assessment that meets all regulatory and quality assurance standards.

As a key leader, you will inspire and support Skills Coaches, manage and develop your team to meet performance targets, and maintain quality assurance in line with awarding organisation requirements, Ofsted, and internal procedures. You will collaborate with the Head of Portfolio to plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum and learning experience, ensuring resources enable apprentices to succeed and become responsible citizens.

You will act as a point of escalation for learners at risk, produce internal quality assurance and observation feedback reports, and guide Skills Coaches through the requirements of the Assessment Plan and End Point Assessment (EPA). Managing relationships with EPAOs and supporting recruitment and programme reviews will also be part of your responsibilities.

Experience
- Knowledge of apprenticeship-related regulations, standards, and IQA processes
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery and understanding of the Skills Coach/Tutor role
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong background in managing high-quality learning programmes
