About the Role

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Sustainability Projects Manager to join our dedicated Sustainability Team and play a key role in shaping our journey towards Net Zero. As Sustainability Projects Manager, you will manage and deliver sustainability projects across Pilgrim's Europe, ensuring they meet objectives, timescales, and budgets. You will take ownership of our Net Zero inventory, roadmap, and reduction strategy. Your responsibilities include developing project scopes, goals, deliverables, and comprehensive sustainability project plans; engaging key stakeholders at all levels to create strong buy-in across the business; producing performance reports, risk assessments, and evaluation documentation; coordinating business cases, training programmes, and supplier management to ensure project success; and supporting ESG reporting while maintaining project methodology best practices.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar sustainability or project management role is essential. Experience in contract and supplier management and practical performance management is required. Proficiency with project management software tools is expected.
About you
You are passionate about sustainability and possess strong project management expertise. Excellent organisational skills, communication, writing, presentation, and facilitation abilities are essential. You are able to work collaboratively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility to travel across Pilgrim's Europe's value chain when required is necessary.
Qualifications
A relevant degree in sustainability or a related discipline is desirable.
