About the Role
As a Manager within the Global Sustainability Solutions team at Visa, you will support the development and delivery of value propositions for merchants and acceptance partners that embed sustainability into the commerce and payment experience. Your focus will include Electric Vehicle payment journeys, Recommerce/reverse vending payouts, and data analytics to improve acquisition, loyalty, and retention. You will work at the intersection of product innovation, client engagement, and sustainability strategy, helping shape data and payment solutions that enable more sustainable consumer choices. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting or strategy background and knowledge of the payments space. You will bring curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and a detail-oriented mindset to a fast-evolving global impact environment.

Key responsibilities include supporting the design and evolution of sustainability propositions, conducting research and benchmarking, developing business cases, analyzing market trends and regulatory developments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing client-facing materials and executive updates, contributing to pilot programmes and go-to-market strategies, and tracking key metrics to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.

Experience
- 2-3 years in management, strategy, sustainability consulting, or payments space
- Proven track record in go-to-market and product strategy development
- Experience owning workstreams and leading cross-functional teams
- Skilled in building business cases for complex multi-party use cases (merchant-acquirer-issuer-payment network)
- Consulting experience with exposure to sustainability or financial services preferred
- Experience working with or for merchants, acquirers, or fintechs

- Fluency in Spanish, German, or French is a plus

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and GenAI tools
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks, sustainable finance, or climate-related disclosures
