About the Role
Join Asda and play a key role in enabling high-quality delivery across our fast-paced retail business. As a Test Environment Manager, you will oversee the coordination and management of our End-to-End (E2E) test environments. You will work closely with platform owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure environments are stable, fit for purpose, and ready to support integrated testing across multiple products. Your responsibilities will include provisioning, governance, tooling improvements, and issue resolution to keep the testing landscape running smoothly. This role supports flexible working arrangements including job share and part-time options.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and coordination of E2E test environments
- Collaborate across teams to ensure environment availability, suitability, and cost-efficiency
- Drive improvements in tooling, monitoring, and governance
- Act as the point of contact for environment-related escalations and updates
- Support testing activities by ensuring environments meet integration and quality needs

Experience
Proven experience managing complex test environments in large-scale delivery settings
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall lifecycles
Experience with cloud provisioning, ideally Azure
