About the Role
As a VIE HSE Advisor at Safran, you will be responsible for implementing and updating HSE policies in compliance with local and international regulations. Your role includes conducting risk assessments, near-miss investigations, and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment. You will develop and deliver training programs to strengthen the HSE culture and organize awareness campaigns. Collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams is essential to maintain safety standards. You will also participate in the development of the local Operational Progress Plan for HSE, coordinate emergency drills, analyze results to optimize protocols, and support cross-functional actions related to the Safety365 culture transformation project.

Experience
- Excellent understanding of HSE standards and regulations
- Practical experience in risk assessment and conducting audits
- Project management and communication skills

- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Intercultural experience and fluency in other languages is an advantage

Qualifications
- Minimum education level: BAC+5 (Master's degree or equivalent)
