About the Role
Enfield Council is seeking a Waste & Recycling Officer to manage a busy caseload, prioritise workload effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team. This exciting role involves implementing, improving, and monitoring new and existing waste and recycling services. You will engage with residents to promote waste minimisation, maximise recycling efforts, and influence positive waste behaviours, contributing towards London-wide and national recycling targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, organisation, and strong customer service abilities. You will be part of a growing team dedicated to environmental sustainability and community engagement.

Experience
Proven experience in a customer-focused environment with confident and effective communication skills when dealing with the public and contractors.

Qualifications
