About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to help deliver our Wild Peak programme — an inspiring initiative driving nature’s recovery across the Peak District. In this role, you will grow and support the Wild Peak network of landowners, ignite community action that empowers people to lead on nature’s recovery, and contribute fresh ideas to shape new projects. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working to restore iconic habitats and species through innovative, landscape-scale approaches. To thrive in this role, you will be naturally engaging and confident in conversations, with the integrity to build trusted relationships and the flexibility to navigate diverse challenges. You will be a clear communicator who can bring ideas to life and embrace learning new skills as part of the journey. This role is about creativity, connection, and making sure everyone has the chance to be part of nature’s recovery. If you enjoy working with people, believe in community-led change, and want to play a part in a wilder future, we would love to hear from you.
