About the Role
Are you a young adult eager to make a genuine difference in wildlife and nature conservation? Join The Wildlife Trusts, a pioneering charity with a unique and deeper approach to environmental conservation. Our projects include managing a large nature reserve in South Africa and training team members to understand how psychological attitude significantly impacts project success. No previous conservation experience is necessary as full training is provided, starting at our nature reserve in Sussex. This role requires a willingness to challenge yourself, work hard, and strive to be the best you can be. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to conservation efforts both in the UK and Africa.

No previous conservation experience is required. Full training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.
