About the Role

As a Graduate Contaminated Land Consultant, you will join a passionate team within our Environmental and Consent division, working on impactful projects across the built environment, transport, and water sectors. This role offers you the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to safeguarding communities and ecosystems.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a culture that values curiosity, integrity, and teamwork. Your work will involve both office-based and field activities, combining technical rigour with purpose-driven impact. Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting environmental research and desk studies to inform project decisions and strategies
- Monitoring and sampling groundwater and ground gas to assess environmental conditions
- Supervising site investigations and analysing environmental data to identify risks and guide remediation
- Contributing to Environmental Impact Assessments and land contamination risk reports
- Supporting remediation strategy development and proposal writing
- Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and planners to deliver innovative, integrated solutions

Experience
Less than 12 months' relevant experience (excluding placements). Genuine passion for environmental consultancy and making a difference.
About you
Committed and motivated graduate with strong initiative, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. You demonstrate a structured and analytical approach to problem solving and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree (obtained no earlier than 2024 or expected to achieve one) in one of the following disciplines:
- Hydrogeology
- Contaminated Land
- Environmental Geology
- Environmental Science
