About the Role
Keep Britain Tidy is one of the UK’s leading environmental charities, dedicated to tackling the greatest environmental challenges of our time. We deliver a range of Awards programmes including Green Flag, Green Key, Blue Flag and the Seaside Award, setting standards and measuring environmental quality across the UK. We value diversity and are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Accreditation Administrator to join our Accreditation Team. In this role, you will support the Awards process from the initial enquiry through to the distribution of Awards. Your responsibilities will include processing applications, allocating judges, ensuring timely submission of results, distributing results and reports, and acting as the first point of contact for applicants and judges. This is a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our Awards programmes and supporting environmental excellence across the UK.
All our roles benefit from generous holiday entitlement and pension contributions, including the opportunity to join the UK’s first net zero carbon pension scheme and receive extra days leave for using alternatives to flights.
Experience
Proven experience in administration with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Experience of delivering projects within deadlines is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of the Award sectors is desirable.
About you
Confident communicator with strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Ability to analyse data effectively and work collaboratively within a team. Passionate about environmental issues and committed to supporting the charity’s mission. Flexible and adaptable to hybrid working arrangements.
