About the Role
Creekside Education Trust is a nature conservation and outdoor education charity based on the banks of Deptford Creek. Our purpose is to inspire people to connect with the wonder of urban wildlife. We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrative Coordinator to support the core operations of our dynamic charity. Working closely with the Creekside Manager and wider team—including staff, volunteers, and trustees—you will ensure our administrative, financial, and project work runs smoothly and efficiently. This varied role offers the chance to engage in exciting and nuanced tasks and projects where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and clear communication will really shine. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in keeping everything connected and on track. You will be pivotal to the sustainable growth of Creekside, with opportunities to contribute across all areas of our work—from nature conservation and lifelong learning to community engagement. Benefits include 22 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays and a Christmas closure period, plus a 3% employer pension contribution.

Experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role is desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
About you

You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant administrative or project management experience and a commitment to the charity’s mission are highly valued.
