We are committed to shaping a better future through a collaborative and inclusive culture where you can grow your skills, explore new opportunities, and contribute from day one. Joining our global Energy, Infrastructure & Environment team based in London, you will support Partners and Directors in developing the Advisory service line by delivering high-quality services across a diverse client base within the energy and infrastructure sector. You will take a lead role in managing advisory assignments with minimal supervision, preparing transaction documentation such as business plans, information memoranda, and financial models. You will research and approach potential buyers or sellers, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and project manage transactions of varying scale. Building strong client relationships and providing clear tactical advice on complex transactions are key aspects of this role. You will ensure projects are delivered in line with Mazars' quality and risk procedures, managing budgets and billing accordingly.
In addition to delivery responsibilities, you will contribute to business development by developing market intelligence, leading proposal documents, and building rapport with clients and market constituents. You will support marketing activities and build your market profile while fostering internal networks across Forvis Mazars UK and internationally. Working as part of an integrated deal advisory team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Transaction Services, Tax, and other advisory teams, promoting our sector knowledge within the firm.
As a key member of the Advisory team, you will share knowledge, mentor junior team members, provide coaching, training, and development, and review work to ensure quality throughout the fieldwork stage.
