About the Role
As an Apprentice Commercial Technical Solutions Manager (Level 4), you will be working towards a Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 through a reputable training provider while gaining hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Product Sales, you will play a key role in maximising market share and sales by building strong relationships with specifiers and key contractors, offering tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include delivering the solutions selling strategy, driving growth and lead generation within your designated area, and working closely with the Technical Solutions team to provide technical support and solution design. You will focus on securing specifications with an emphasis on decarbonisation and identifying opportunities for growth using existing brands to expand into new HVAC sectors.

You will manage sales activities proactively, deliver budget targets, build a project pipeline, and meet or exceed KPIs set by your manager. Your role will involve forecasting demand, identifying trends through close customer relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing detailed consultations with design engineers and contractors, and negotiating to influence buying decisions.

Qualifications
- GCSE English (grade Pass)
- GCSE Maths (grade Pass)
- Degree or equivalent education in Mechanical, Technical or Engineering disciplines preferred but not essential
- Apprenticeship can be tailored to reflect existing qualifications and industry experience
