About the Role
Project Green Group is seeking a motivated Apprentice Roofer specialising in solar panel installation. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will work alongside an experienced supervisor who will guide you through all aspects of the role and help you develop your skills. Your duties will include assisting with the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial roofs, learning safe roofing and working-at-height procedures, carrying tools, equipment and materials, preparing roofs for solar panel installation, keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe, following instructions from your supervisor, and attending any required training courses. This role offers full on-the-job training, support from an experienced roofer, training in solar panel installation, opportunities to gain roofing and renewable-energy qualifications, career progression within the company, and all necessary safety equipment provided.

Experience
No previous roofing or solar installation experience is required as full training will be provided.
