Experience
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential. We value the right attitude and aptitude over formal experience.
About you
You must be accurate, diligent, and accountable with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail. You should be results-driven, able to think on your feet, and confident in making sound decisions. A genuine commitment to health and safety and willingness to learn asbestos industry standards is essential. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in practical environments. Strong communication skills, reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
Due to the site-based nature of the role, you must be aged 20 or over, hold a clean UK driving licence, and be willing to travel to different sites daily. The role also involves occasional heavy lifting, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are more important than formal qualifications. Applicants must not already hold a Level 3, degree, or equivalent higher-level qualification in a closely related field, as apprenticeship funding is designed for upskilling or reskilling.
Eligibility requirements include being over 20, not in full-time education, having lived in the UK for at least 3 years, and having the right to work in the UK.
