About the Role
The Sustainability Department at ESCP Business School invites applications for an open-rank position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, based at the London campus. The position is to be filled by September 2027. The department is a multidisciplinary team of 19 full-time faculty and 7 affiliate professors with expertise in sustainability across various fields including organization theory, supply chain management, business model design, governance, and responsible consumption. Faculty publish in leading academic journals and are committed to advancing research, curricula, and practice in sustainability management. This role involves contributing to research, teaching, and program coordination with a focus on sustainability challenges and management in organizations. Teaching responsibilities include courses for diverse audiences ranging from undergraduates to executives, covering sustainability topics as well as operations and supply chain fundamentals. Experience
PhD in a relevant field with a track record of publications or promising submissions in top international journals in Sustainability Management. Experience in research, teaching, and program coordination in sustainability is required. Ability to teach operations and supply chain management courses is desirable.

About you
Strong collaborative mindset with excellent teaching capabilities. Sound foundation in sustainability, able to teach major sustainability challenges (e.g. climate change, social impacts) and sustainability management in organizations (e.g. governance, sustainable business models). Comfortable teaching operations and supply chain models and frameworks. Able to engage diverse audiences from undergraduates to executives.

Qualifications
PhD required. Demonstrated academic excellence and commitment to sustainability research and education. Experience with European Tenure Track process is a plus for entry-level candidates.
