About the Role
We are seeking an Associate/ Principal Landscape Architect (Planning) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will project manage landscape planning projects from inception through to implementation, preparing landscape planning reports, site promotion documents, and design and access statements. You will produce illustrative design information including landscape strategy plans and masterplans to support a range of developments. Your role includes mentoring junior staff, providing technical advice, supporting financial management of projects, and assisting with day-to-day management including resourcing and timesheet sign-off. You will prepare and manage fee proposals, bids, and tenders, actively contribute to business development, and liaise with colleagues, stakeholders, external project teams, and clients. Representation of the company at appeals, meetings, public consultations, and exhibitions will also be part of your responsibilities. Site visits will be required. Requirements

Experience
Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture. Chartered Landscape Architect status is required. Proven experience in preparing high quality reports and collaborative working. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Keyscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications
Chartered Landscape Architect with relevant academic qualifications in Landscape Architecture.
