About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join Caring for God's Acre as a Biodiversity Data Manager, helping to shape the future of conservation in burial grounds. You will work closely with the National Biodiversity Network Trust (NBN) to maintain and expand the Burial Grounds Atlas (burialgrounds.nbnatlas.org) and collaborate across the organisation to increase and utilise burial ground biological records through new and existing projects. The role involves engaging with conservation and recording groups to obtain existing data and encourage new records, developing data analysis and creative summaries for reporting, research, public engagement and media use. You will also build and maintain partnerships with data providers, recording organisations and key stakeholders including the Church of England and the Church in Wales. This role offers a varied and impactful opportunity to contribute to biodiversity recording and conservation within a supportive, part-time team environment.
Experience
Proven experience managing a wide range of data, including biodiversity data, with strong organisational and communication skills. Experience working with diverse groups and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in data management, biodiversity, conservation or related fields are desirable but not explicitly stated.
