About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Cleaner & Gardener to support the day-to-day upkeep of both indoor and outdoor spaces. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment, and who is comfortable managing a variety of tasks independently. Responsibilities include general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure all indoor areas are hygienic and presentable at all times. Waste management is also a key part of the role, involving proper collection, segregation, and disposal of waste according to guidelines. Outdoors, you will maintain lawns by mowing, trimming, and watering, as well as care for plants through pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance. The successful candidate will be attentive to detail and able to ensure all outdoor spaces remain neat, healthy, and visually appealing. A hands-on approach and the ability to identify areas needing attention without constant supervision are essential. The role requires physical fitness, dependability, and the capability to handle cleaning and gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
