Ideally, you will have substantial knowledge of terrestrial and freshwater ecology and be involved in initiatives such as the Small is Beautiful ELMS Landscape Recovery scheme, currently under Defra assessment.
Experience
Substantial experience in conservation land-management including management plan production, project development, and agri-environment schemes. Proven leadership experience in a conservation setting is essential. Knowledge of terrestrial and freshwater ecology is highly desirable.
