In the Contact Centre Team Leader role, you will manage a team to exceed performance expectations through engagement and personal development. You will develop an effective contact framework to support agents across multiple sites and ensure delivery of excellent customer service through regular coaching and feedback. Managing day-to-day contact centre processes, you will ensure all deliverables align with business objectives. You will coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of high engagement by leading by example.

Experience
Proven leadership experience in a contact centre environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop a team to drive personal and business growth.
Strong planning, organising, data analysis, and trend identification skills.

Leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
Adaptable and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Qualifications
A level or equivalent qualification.
