About the Role
We are recruiting hardworking and reliable Labourers to join a leading renewable energy contractor working on large-scale utility Solar PV projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within the rapidly growing renewable energy sector while supporting the construction and installation of utility-scale solar farms. Key responsibilities include assisting with the installation of Solar PV systems, loading and unloading materials safely, supporting electricians and site teams, preparing work areas, maintaining a clean and safe site, assisting with cable installation, trenching and general groundworks, assembling mounting systems and support structures under supervision, operating hand and power tools safely, following all site health and safety procedures, reporting hazards or safety concerns, and carrying out general labouring duties as instructed by the Site Manager.

Experience
Previous experience working as a Labourer on construction or infrastructure projects is essential. Experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, or utility-scale construction projects is desirable.

About you
You must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work well as part of a team. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications
Valid CSCS Card is required. Manual Handling Certificate, First Aid at Work, CPCS or NPORS plant tickets, and experience with Telehandler or MEWP are desirable. Experience working around electrical installations is also advantageous.
