About the Role
Are you passionate about motoring and cycling? Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service? As a Customer Services Advisor at Halfords, you will bring your enthusiasm for cars and bikes to help customers with a wide range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. Whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn, we provide comprehensive training to develop your practical skills and product knowledge. You will work both in-store and on customers’ vehicles in our car park, delivering market-leading standards of service and helping us create outstanding customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to develop your problem-solving skills and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Halfords invests heavily in training and career development, supporting your ambitions whether you want to progress within Retail or other areas of the Group.

Experience
Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment. Some knowledge or hobby experience in car parts fitting and cycle repair is desirable but not essential. Experience of working towards and achieving sales targets is advantageous.

A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping customers and understanding their needs. You should be able to tailor your approach in a customer-focused sales environment and be available to work on a rota basis including weekends.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
