About the Role
The Wildlife Trusts are a grassroots movement of people from diverse backgrounds united by a passion for nature. With over 944,000 members, 38,000 volunteers, and 3,600 staff across 46 independent Wildlife Trusts, we work locally to make a positive difference for wildlife and future generations. The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts, a registered charity and part of this federation, supports this vital work.

We are seeking a self-motivated Data Integrations Support and Projects Officer to support and develop data integrations across our digital platforms, including CRM and websites. You will join the IT team to assist colleagues across the Wildlife Trusts federation with their data integration needs.

This role offers flexibility with fully remote or hybrid working options. You will have practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting data integrations, and working with APIs in business process automation contexts. You will be comfortable supporting end users across a broad range of cloud and digital platforms.

As well as strong technical skills, you will be an effective communicator able to explain complex information clearly to non-IT colleagues. Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and up-to-date technical knowledge are essential. Above all, you will be self-motivated, eager to develop new skills, and embrace new technologies.

The Wildlife Trusts value passion, respect, trust, integrity, pragmatic activism, and strength in diversity. We are committed to inclusivity and encourage applications from underrepresented groups, including people from minority backgrounds and those with disabilities.
