We are seeking a Project Manager with significant experience in Net Zero Retrofit grant funding contract management to successfully deliver Hexagon’s Social Housing Fund Wave 3 Programme. This programme focuses on energy and thermal improvement measures to meet targets such as EPC Level C by 2030 and Net Zero by 2050.

Reporting to the Stock Improvement Manager, you will lead the delivery of energy and decarbonisation programmes based on asset data and ensure the drawdown of secured funding over the next two years. You will ensure works are delivered to a high standard, provide value for money, and maintain excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience
- Significant experience managing Net Zero Retrofit grant funding contracts
- Knowledge of procurement including tendering, contract evaluation, and procurement procedures for future Net Zero Carbon works
- Demonstrable skills in mobilising Net Zero Carbon contracts, including setting standards with new contractors and building professional working relationships
- Substantial technical knowledge to identify and prescribe remedies for retrofit work in social housing
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and strategic service delivery

Qualifications
- Minimum Building Surveying or Project Management qualifications
- Level 4 VRQ or above in asset and building management
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
