About the Role
The Woodland Trust is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (Email) to support the delivery of the Trust’s email marketing activities. You will report on campaign performance and drive optimisation through testing, audience segmentation, and user journey improvements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with email service providers (ESPs) will be key, alongside proactively keeping up to date with email marketing trends, new technologies, and functionality to improve KPIs. You will also use project management tools such as Monday.com. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role that offers a hybrid working model with a mix of home working and office visits.

About Us
The Woodland Trust is the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity dedicated to creating a world where trees and woods thrive for both people and nature. Our mission involves inspiring individuals to help tackle the nature and climate crisis through the protection, restoration, and creation of essential woodland habitats.

Benefits & Wellbeing
Joining our team means contributing to environmental and climate solutions while benefiting from a supportive work environment. We offer enhanced employer pension, life assurance, flexible and hybrid working options, generous annual leave (25 days plus bank holidays, pro rata for part-time), buy and sell annual leave, enhanced parental pay, and an employee assistance programme.

Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
We strive to better reflect society and the communities we serve. We particularly encourage applications from people of colour and disabled people, who are under-represented in the environment and conservation sector.
