Richmond, London with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
Hours
The role will involve some weekend working and occasional evenings. Flexible working arrangements are supported to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role
Join a friendly and creative team passionate about engaging under-represented communities with the wonder of Kew’s collections, science, heritage, horticulture, and collections. This role focuses on coordinating the Discovery programme, which provides accessible learning opportunities predominantly for adults. You will coordinate Kew’s Access Forum to support increased accessibility for a wider range of visitors. This is an exciting time to join the team with opportunities to think strategically about the future development of the programme. The position is rewarding and suited to a flexible and collaborative individual passionate about delivering nature-based activities for people with access requirements. This is a fixed-term contract initially, with anticipated extension subject to funding confirmation. The role is based at Kew and is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Experience
Experience in project management and volunteer management is essential. Knowledge of best practice around accessibility and experience developing informal learning sessions and resources is required.
