About the Role
As an EHS Advisor at Parker Hannifin Corp, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of environmental, health, and safety goals and objectives at the location with minimal supervision. You will provide expertise in developing, implementing, and managing effective Safety, Health, and Environment procedures and systems. The role involves analyzing hazardous situations, identifying alternative courses of action, and ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. You will lead and guide all EHS initiatives, maintain and develop the site EHS plan, complete compliance assessments, and provide EHS training to staff at all levels. Additionally, you will support energy efficiency efforts, manage health surveillance, and collaborate with the Facilities team to implement best safety practices.

Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar EHS role within a relevant environment. Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholders at all levels.
About you
Passionate and proactive in driving EHS initiatives and continuous improvement. A self-starter who can prioritize tasks effectively. Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and guide teams.
Qualifications
Relevant EHS qualifications are required. A university degree related to the field is advantageous. Good understanding of lean methodologies is desired. Must be eligible for UK security clearance (British National and Citizen, resident in the UK for the last 5 years, capable of obtaining SC level clearance).
