As an EHS Advisor, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of the location's environmental, health, and safety goals and objectives with minimum supervision. You will provide expertise in developing, implementing, and managing effective Safety, Health, and Environment procedures and systems. The role involves analyzing hazardous situations, identifying alternative courses of action, and ensuring business activities align with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include leading and guiding all EHS initiatives at the location, maintaining and developing the site EHS plan, completing compliance assessments, problem-solving EHS compliance issues, coordinating and providing EHS training, ensuring ongoing employee education, providing technical and operational recommendations to minimize risks, managing energy consumption and efficiency opportunities, supporting the Facilities team with safe practices, and managing health surveillance for the site.

Due to the nature of the role, UK security clearance will be required. Candidates must be British Nationals and Citizens, have resided in the UK for the last 5 years, and be capable of obtaining 'SC' level security clearance.

Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar EHS role within a relevant environment. Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
Relevant EHS qualifications are required. A university degree in a related field is advantageous. Good understanding of lean methodologies is desired.
