As a Sustainability & Compliance Placement, you will support the Sustainability, Compliance, and Health & Safety Managers to ensure compliance requirements are met and assist in the development and implementation of policies and strategies addressing legal obligations. You will work closely with external partners and internal teams to meet the diverse needs of the business.

Key responsibilities include reviewing, administering, and improving SEUK’s compliance policies and processes; providing administrative support including coordinating compliance training; conducting audits to assess policy effectiveness; supporting the Sustainability Manager for SEUK and Ireland; monitoring emerging regulations and informing colleagues of relevant changes; generating innovative ideas to tackle sustainability challenges; and providing ad-hoc support to the compliance team.

Experience
Environmental or sustainability background is desired but not essential.
