We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Environmental Consultant ideally based in the Cambridge area to join our team at EFI Global UK within Sedgwick. You will manage environmental incidents from cradle to grave and supervise site investigations to determine the extent of potential contamination following incidents, identifying associated environmental risks.

Supported by our Senior Management Team and a trusted network of approved environmental and building contractors, you will play a key role in delivering site remediation goals across a wide variety of sites varying in scale, severity, and location. You will also have the opportunity to assist in desktop consulting for incidents globally from the UK. Flexibility to travel within the UK is essential.

Requirements

Experience
Extensive experience in insurance, commercial, and domestic sector environmental investigation is desirable. Demonstrable history of contaminated site work. Detailed knowledge of remediation techniques is desirable.

About you
Self-motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with teams and clients. Flexibility to travel within the UK is essential.

Qualifications
Degree related to environmental science (preferably a Master's degree) or relevant work experience. A full UK driving licence is required.
