As an Environmental Graduate, you will join a dedicated, driven, and supportive team, gaining exposure to all aspects of Environmental management within a busy food manufacturing environment. You will participate in continuous improvement projects and develop a wide range of business skills through on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining site compliance with the Environmental Agency licence, managing the onsite Effluent Treatment Plant, leading energy and environmental teams to achieve sustainability targets, maintaining ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards, conducting audits, coordinating waste management, liaising with the Group Environmental team, managing training requirements, and supporting improvement projects with a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience
Previous experience is not explicitly required; however, a relevant degree and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset are essential.
